Group Rides

Every day of the week someone is out riding their bike in our neck of the woods. Though we do not host all of the rides, 7 days a week at approximately 7:30am riders roll from the parking lot right out in front of our shop. You will find Ride Ambassadors for Wednesday evening and Saturday morning rides (see below).  Some days are a bit more organized and somedays you may want to ask someone the intended pace unless you like to start your day with a leg thrashing. We'll provide details below on the days we know you are more likely to encounter more riders and/or more pace options. But as stated in the beginning, you are almost guaranteed to find a small group no matter what day you ride assuming the weather cooperates. And even then, there are a select few that will ride rain, shine, snow, sleet, hail, hurricanes.....you get the point.

• Tuesday: Turbo Tuesday 7:30am - 20 miles (A+)
• Wednesday: Pungo Death Ride 6:00pm - 30-40 miles (A+) and (more friendly) B/B+ Ride 6:00pm - 20 miles
• Friday: Family Day 7:30am - 20-30 miles (B)
• Saturday: 7:30am - 20-30 miles (choose your pace) - There are multiple turn around points but it is best to speak with someone to find out which group fits your riding style, fitness and desired distance.
• Sunday: Similar to Saturday but less riders and less pace options. The faster riders usually go long but don't exceed an A pace.
