Bought a fat tire bike. Chuck was knowledgeable about the product and told me the pros and cons of a 3 speed verse 7 speed. I offered to pay to have it delivered but because I wasn’t far from the store he dropped it off for me after work. I did try to put it in my Honda pilot but it didn’t fit. I dropped off an old sentimental bike to hav

I dropped off an old sentimental bike to have it tuned up and baby seat removed. They will contact me when it is ready and the service guy gave me the best option to keep my cost down. I will continue to buy bikes and recommend this store to my friends. Freedom Bikes is a well run business that is run by people who truly care about their customers.

My friend's wheelchair tire had a malfunction – one of the inner valves breaking – and the service attendants were so incredibly helpful the entire time; they kept communicating with us what the issues were and also just spoke to us about the area, giving us suggestions as we aren't from around here. they worked on her wheelchair for over an hour, stabilizing it for a more permanent fix, but it was more than we could've asked for. they were all very kind and i couldn't recommend this place enough. the service was 10/10

Freedom Bikes really came through when my daughter needed an Ebike to take back to college. We came into the store not knowing what bike we needed but were provided with several options. She was able to try out a few before deciding on a Retrospec Napa Ebike. A+ staff! The entire buying experience was fantastic from start to finish. We will definitely be back for all our bike needs.
