Absolutely Outstanding Bike Shop!

I drove almost an hour, which is far for me, to visit this shop that I heard great things about! From the moment I walked in I was impressed, the customer service was incredible—everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping me find exactly what I needed. Their product selection is top-notch, with high-quality bikes and accessories for every type of rider. Specifically, I brought my gravel bike to change out the wheels and make it more suitable for road cycling. I'm a beginner that has only been riding for less than a year so I needed a lot of help. I felt comfortable asking all my questions without feeling embarrassed or overwhelming because the staff members were genuinely passionate about bicycles and cycling. I felt well educated and more excited to ride after leaving the store.

A special shout-out to Tim, in the service department—he went above and beyond! He explained everything clearly, took exceptional care of my bike, and had it riding better than ever! His professionalism and expertise truly set this shop apart. I will forever be grateful for the time and effort he put in upgrading my bike into a sexy speed machine! Thank you Tim!

Professionals with a Heart, through and through. I live in the Oceanfront area, but I keep taking my bike to them with any issues I have, --though there are several bike shops closer to me, because they're THAT good. They are not only extremely knowledgeable with bikes and repairs, etc, but they are top notch in customer service, too, and have gone above and beyond each of the 4 times I've needed their service so far. I will continue taking the drive out there to them for my ebike needs :~)

I recently visited Freedom Bike Works due to a broken derailer. Upon arrival, a young man immediately approached me and offered assistance, which was a refreshing change from shops where staff must be sought out and seem reluctant to help.
After I explained my needs, I was advised the repair would take a couple of weeks. However, the work was completed ahead of schedule, and they also serviced the entire bike. The technician mentioned he had test-ridden it multiple times to ensure everything was functioning correctly.
The workmanship was excellent, and the customer service was outstanding. For a novice rider needing expertise, this shop is definitely the right choice. They are reasonably priced and professional. Furthermore, the shop itself is beautiful and has a large inventory of bikes and accessories.

I cannot express my gratitude enough for the kindness shown to my daughter by Tim. We came to Freedom with her very beaten up bike in the hopes they could do some repairs. This was our second visit here and they’d done a great job previously. Her bike was damaged by some peers goofing off. Tim said that they absolutely could, but then asked us to give him a minute and disappeared. A few moments later he rolls in a beautiful refurbished beach cruiser that someone had donated and Freedom fixed up. He told my daughter it was hers if she wanted it! Such a blessing! We were so shocked and grateful and will continue bringing our bikes here as long as this shop is in business. Thank you again, Tim!!
